During my year of service at L'Arche Noah Sealth I had the opportunity to live and work in an intentional community focused on supporting adults with developmental disabilities (Core Members) in all areas of life. My responsibilities ranged from assisting Core Members with activities of daily living, to supporting them in their efforts to maintain meaningful relationships with friends and family, to witnessing the incredible ways in which the Core Members contributed to the spirit and vitality of the community.
