Darien's Service Bio

I lived in a home with between ten and twenty Africans, most of whom were children who had been orphaned as a result of HIV/AIDS. When I wasn't with them--playing, cooking, cleaning, eating, etc., I taught in the village schools and organized a student discipleship program for the organization I worked with.   At the end of my year, I used my Krista grant for an internship as a hospital chaplain in rural Kenya.
