I worked at Pura Vida Coffee with our coffee partners (growers, importers, roasters, customers) to promote and educate about Fair Trade practices. When I began, Pura Vida did not import/sell any Fair Trade certified coffee, but by the time I left, the company was 100% Fair Trade and had generated over $150K in incremental income for coffee growers around the world.
