I served with the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) and with World Concern in Bolivia. My initial work with MCC was helping a rural farmer's cooperative increase their organizational and productive capacity. Later, with World Concern, I started a microenterprise development program focused on helping women organize and access small low interest loans to launch their own businesses.
