Instead of publishing an annual hardcopy, articles will be published online first and every 3 years reader favorites integrated into a ‘best of’ Special Edition handbook for the service volunteer. The most recent hard copy, Special Edition V5, includes new and tried and true previously published Global Citizen articles plus curriculum questions.
