Thriving Together: Tools for Resilience

Time & Location
Feb 25, 2018, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
911 Stewart St, Seattle, WA 98101, Gethsemane Lutheran Church
About The Event
Join the Krista Foundation for Global Citizenship on Sunday, February 25th from 2-4:00 pm, for an interactive workshop on self-care. In challenging times, intentionally engaging in activities that create wholeness in our lives is a critical act of resilience. Together, we will share stories, explore multi-sensory and research-based ways of practicing self-care, and set intentions for committing to care well for ourselves. Come as you are: you are welcome here. The world needs your voice and continued engagement, and we hope this will be a space of rest and care.
